1.  Call to Order review/approve agenda and June 2009 minutes

Tom Allen, Tony Caruso, Joe Crum, Bill Dumbaugh, Dale Greiner, Dan Johnson, Todd Koonts, George Pellington, and Gordon Shepardson .

2. Discussion on whether the Commission has the legal authority to expand the scope of the FBC, Existing Building Code to require at the time of repair or alteration, that existing swimming pools meet additional pool construction requirements.

3. Based on the determination as per item two above, the committee will discuss how to proceed, regarding the discussion and evaluation of the Swimming Pool entrapment standard application to existing pools.
