Under FBC ACC 201.1.1., If historic significance preservation (if Building is Historic), then a waiver must be applied for and approved from the Florida Building Commission. Our building is a contributing building to the historic district in the national register with the support of the Historic preservation board. HPB22-0558 & HPB21-0498.
