Summary:
We have not provided a quotation for the proposed work as it involves alterations that would significantly impact the main facade of the building. *Briefly explain why the request has now been referred to the Commission.
We initiated the renovation proposal for 761 Jefferson by presenting it to the Miami Beach City Planning Commission, the Miami Beach Preservation Board, and the Flamingo Park Neighborhood. Following these presentations, we conducted comprehensive analyses and compiled our findings, which we then submitted to the Bureau of Historic Preservation. Having received their feedback, we are now prepared to submit our waiver application to the Florida Accessibility Advisory Council, marking a significant step forward in the approval process.
