5. Type of facility. Please describe the building (square footage, number of floors). Define the use of the building (i.e., restaurant, office, retail, recreation, hotel/motel, etc.)

Description:

The project consists of the change of use by the conversion of an office building into a mercantile function for medical cannabis distribution products. Construction Cost:

6. Project Construction Cost (Provide cost for new construction, the addition, or the alteration):

Summary:
Since the total project budget is $293,721.50 and you can deduct $108,144.50 as costs not related to any modifications as outlined per the requirements of the ADA regulations the real project budget towards accessibility compliance requirements would then be $185,577,.00 as the costs towards accessibility requirements. 20% of this number would be $50,921.30. The costs being spent towards accessibility elements is $175,279.50 which far exceeds the required 20% number of $50,921.30. If you add in the cost of the lift of $42,122.00 the costs towards providing accessibility features would then be $217,401.50. This far exceeds the required 20% requirement.

7. Has there been any construction activity on this building during the past three years?
