Comment #1 (HB 535 – Sections 10 and 11): Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA)/Jennifer Hatfield Section 11: Providing that “temporary pools” and “portable pools” may not be regulated as public pools. Section 14: Providing for new swimming pool alarm as a method for demonstrating safety features in residential swimming pools.
