Description: 
Historic hotel property (Occupancy Group R-1)consisting of one Art Deco style building (1401)constructed in 1936 and two Mediterranean Revival constructed in 1934 (1409 and 1411). The subject buildings are all contributing structures in the Ocean Drive/Collins Avenue Historic District. Building 1401 contains 55 guest rooms on 3 stories. Building 1409 has 8 guest rooms on two stories and Building 1411 has 16 guest rooms on 2 stories.
